1.The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over and who has received a Premier Cottages 2010 Brochure (no purchase is necessary).
2.Only one entry per family/household, entries close 20th June 2010
3. A 3 night weekend, or a 4 night midweek break is offered for up to 4 people.
4.The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.
5. The winner will be notified in writing by Premier Cottages Limited by 20th July 2010
6.The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
7. You may enter this prize draw by completing the registration requirements
8. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility is taken for mislaid entries
9. Prize to be taken at a participating Premier Cottages Limited cottage subject to availability and excluding school holiday periods.
10. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash alternative and must be taken within 12 months of being awarded.
11. The prize excludes travel to and from home, meals, personal expenses and incidentals.
12. Excluded from the competition are: employees (and their families) of the cottage owners, and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, as well as representatives, agents or suppliers to Premier Cottages Ltd or and anyone else who may be professionally connected with the competition.
